Sliced Scallions
Red Chile Flakes
Course Sea Salt
This was a winner. Very tasty! But alas, we don't know what to call it...and is it a side dish, or a snack, or what? Your input appreciated.

It is anything you want it to be... I could eat this with drinks and make it a meal as well :)
How about Tofu Sesame Treet (as in Sesame Street ... :D ... might even get kids to eat it)? Looks great as an appetizer. I'd gobble it up if I could lay my hands on it.

Like the others I think that this can work as an appetizer, a snack and a side dish. Felix's suggestion as a breakfast surprise is great also particularly since I prefer savoury breakfasts.
Since you are using sesame oil and sesame seeds I'm thinking Sesame Tofu? I like Deepika's play on the words.
Hm..."Spring-Tofu-Snack"?
